If you experience any issues with our on-line ticketing system, or have a group larger than 20 persons, please contact the museum at (662) 627-6820 or by email to tickets@deltabluesmuseum.org for your advance ticket purchases.

Effective October 03, 2024 a 6% service fee will or may be applied at check-out by the booking provider. The Delta Blues Museum does not receive any portion of this fee.
Visiting the Museum:
The Museum has implemented a number of protocols to follow with regard to safely welcome the public into our gallery and gift shop. Our entire facility has been professionally cleaned and disinfected, and our staff is diligently adhering to stricter cleaning protocols as well as social distancing practices.
Following is a set of mandatory guidelines for all museum staff and guests:
- Masks are no longer required, however are suggested, during your visit to the museum. The museum will have masks available if you require one.
- Museum hours are 10am to 5pm Monday through Saturday. No admissions will be allowed into the gallery after 4:30pm.
- Masks and social distancing (following marked areas), plus cleaning and disinfecting protocols will be in place.
- The gift shop is open, however, we reserve the right to limit the number of patrons allowed in the gift shop at any given time.
- Sanitizers, tissues and the like will be available throughout the museum.
Museum hours, open status, health and safety protocols are subject to change accordingly to keep current with health department rules and regulations.

Health and Safety at the Museum:
To stay in line with CDC and Mississippi State Health Department guidelines, the museum has implemented the following protocols for visitor and employee safety.
- Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting procedures, with regular cleaning of frequently touched areas.
- Contactless ticketing, reservations and purchases.
- Staff will wear masks and practice social distancing within the museum.
- Temperature checks and COVID-19 screening of employees each day prior to the start of their shift. Employees exhibiting symptoms will be sent home. Employees to remain home if feeling sick or with a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher. Employees will not return to work until fever free for 72 hours.
- Frequent hand washing and sanitizing is required of museum staff.

On-line tax deductible contributions to the Delta Blues Foundation include the Deeper Roots program and the General Fund (a monetarily unrestricted contribution made to the foundation in support of the museum). Memberships and the Buy a Brick program are funded directly to the Delta Blues Museum and are not considered tax deductible.
