The "1967 Mississippi Hill Country Blues" exhibit showcased black and white photographs captured by George Mitchell while in the Hill Country of Mississippi spanning thirteen days during the summer of 1967.
Photography book on sale in Museum Gift Shop.
Exhibit was organized by the Mississippi Museum of Art and supported with funds provided by the Museum's statewide Traveling Exhibition Endowment, a fund made possible through significant private contributions matched by the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency.
