Previous Exhibit - Sweet Home Chicago
05/1/2004 - 01/30/2005

Our incredible visiting exhibit, Sweet Home Chicago: Big City Blues 1946-1966, came to us from Seattle's Experience Music Project as a result of the 2003 Year of the Blues celebration.
Sweet Home Chicago tracks the history of the Blues as it evolves, diversifies and travels from rural Mississippi to urban centers around the world.
Included are over 200 rare blues artifacts that trace blues history from the juke joints of the Mississippi Delta to inner-city Chicago and the world at large.
