Kick off 2022 with "new" Blues!
The 2022 Blues Calendar
...features period artwork from the 1920's plus a free CD! Each month displays the period imagery and marketing copy from a blues original. The accompanying CD includes 24 tracks, fully restored using state-of-the-art sound restoration techniques. "Old" blues have never sounded so "new!"
Each month you can see and hear classic blues by Memphis Minnie, Blind Lemon Jefferson, Victoria Spivey, Furry Lewis, Blind Blake, Ma Rainey, and others, plus nine songs by Lead Belly, recorded live from 1940's vintage radio broadcasts.
