Country Comes to the Crossroads
Country music star Randy Houser recently filmed a video of his new single, "Whistlin' Dixie" in Clarksdale. Randy wanted to take the video setting back to his Mississippi roots in order for the viewer to capture where he and his music come from. Clarksdale has a rich history and tremendous character and it was a perfect fit. Clarksdale locations selected for the shoot included Shack Up Inn/Cotton Gin Inn and Red's. Local celebrities selected for the video include Red, Tater, Puttin', Ellis and others.
